The Secrets to Successful Salary Negotiations

Led by: Sue Schmitz CTC Coach and Principal Greener Pastures Career Consulting*

How should you answer the salary question on online applications? What do you say when asked about your compensation requirements during a screening call with a recruiter? And, what can and should you do to negotiate a fair compensation package before finalizing an offer?

These questions, along with how to determine what’s a reasonable ask, where to go for salary information, and how to negotiate the best total compensation package including what other benefits can be negotiated, will all be discussed in this workshop. Be sure to come prepared with your questions!
