The Career Transitions Center (CTC) welcomes applications from prospective Board Members.

We are seeking board prospects who are passionate about advancing economic opportunity and workforce development. CTC values board diversity across professional backgrounds, lived experiences, industries, generations, and communities.

CTC seeks board members who:

• Demonstrate leadership in business, nonprofit, education, workforce development, human resources, finance, marketing, law, technology, philanthropy.
• Serve as ambassadors for CTC by promoting its mission, expanding community awareness, and opening doors to partnerships, donors, employers, and volunteers.
• Contribute strategically through governance, planning, fundraising, and organizational oversight.
• Are prepared to make a financial contribution and assist with fundraising efforts consistent with their networks and capacity.
• Value collaboration, innovation, diversity, and inclusion.
• Have the time to actively participate in board meetings, committees, events.
