    Building Personal Resilience

    Led by: Blanche Roberts

     Certified Resilience Coach

    All Sessions in this series are held on Tuesdays in June from 4-5pm CT

    Want to boost your resilience?  Reduce dis-stress, anxiety, and exhaustion?

    Join us for 4 (four) consecutive one-hour sessions that will offer simple, practical, and scientifically validated techniques to:

    • Improve your ability to focus, feel better, more often, as you pursue career transition and other challenges.
    • To strengthen and your mental, emotional, and physical well-being skills.

    Blanche Roberts, Certified Resilience Coach, will guide you through diverse resources, tools, and exercises.

    Come prepared to work! Bring your pen, paper, and curiosity to engage in cultivating greater healthy self-care.  

    NOTE: Homework encouraged between sessions for best results!

    Sessions will be limited to 12 maximum participants.

  • Passport To Taste Fundraiser 2023

    Passport to Taste is the Career Transitions Center's annual fundraiser. Please join us as we celebrate!

    The event will feature enticing  Mediterranean cuisine paired with wine, beer and cocktails. We will offer a silent auction and wine draw.  The event venue offers guests both indoor and outdoor space. 

    We will open our silent auction for online bidding a week in advance. It will feature local experiences and exotic trips, such as South African Safaris, Ziplining, Wine Tastings and more!
