You have landed! Now what? This workshop will help you better manage your transition into the new position, company, culture, workplace, peers and boss.

The 1st 90 days on the new job can be very precarious especially if the new company does not have a well-defined onboarding process. Onboarding is about more than just signing new employment documents - this is about you taking initiative to successfully navigate, whether you are an individual contributor and/or manager.

1. Gain understanding of all that onboarding entails

2. Determine how to establish yourself and clarify expectations (yours and theirs)

3. What early wins can mean

4. Identify the pitfalls you may face
