About the Presenter: Kim Olson

During her career, Kim was a trusted advisor, a sought-after mentor, and known as a women’s leadership and advancement advocate. She oversaw complex, high-financial risk, C-level initiatives for Fortune 200 healthcare companies. As a catalyst for business transformation, Kim drove accelerated membership growth, increased revenue, and significantly enhanced organizational efficiencies. She holds a BA and an MBA from Boston University and is a certified coach. Her energetic, yet pragmatic approach supports clients in attaining success, based on their definition, no matter what the context.
