VOLUNTEER AT PASSPORT TO TASTE

PLEASE VOLUNTEER FOR PASSPORT TO TASTE

 We need your help! 

Please let us know what length of time you can help us in the form attached to this event.

We need help:

1. 2:00pm - Loading supplies from CTC offices at 703 W. Monroe to take to Little Toasted at 300 S. Riverside Plaza.
2. 3:30 to 5:30pm - Setting up the silent auction and wine draw at Little Toasted
3. 5:30pm to 7:30pm - Fundraiser takes place
4. 7:30 to 8:30pm - Pack up and return supplies to CTC offices

Between 5:30 and 7:3pm:

• Greet Guests
• Monitor Silent Auction Tables 
• Work at the Wine Draw Table
• Assist with checkout
• Pack up the supplies and take back to CTC offices

We will schedule a volunteer orientation in late April.
