This lunch ‘n learn seminar will provide an interactive experience for participants to engage in values-based reflections, gain new insights into how to leverage their values into goals, establish new habits and integrate wellness strategies into intentional daily practices in 2024.
About the Presenter:
Hope joined the CTC staff in October 2023. She is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and also holds a B.A. in Communication Studies and a Certificate in Human Rights from the University of Iowa. She has previously lived and worked in communication roles in the Washington, D.C. area, Ireland, and Australia. Prior to CTC, Hope worked for United Airlines in Chicago.
