It's Not What You Think:

It's How You Feel About What You Think That Matters.

Led by: Blanche Roberts

 Certified Resilience Coach

Would it surprise you know you have thousands of thoughts throughout each day?

Most of these we are not even aware of while others appear every day and won’t go away!

This workshop aims to serve as a primer - an introduction to understanding your mind, thinking, and thoughts.

 You will learn:

·       The physiology of thinking

·       What happens inside of you when you think

·       The thinking traps we habitually “fall for” and how they affect us

·       Practical techniques (and wisdom) to become more aware of unhelpful thoughts

·       Healthier ways to "experience" and relate to your thoughts
