Join your fellow CTC members for this CTC coach-facilitated peer group for added focus, new ideas and client connection. Peer groups are open to CTC clients seeking progress and accountability in job search/transition activities. Prepare to present and practice your value statement, C.A.R.s and brainstorm new search ideas and activities that will move you forward!
CTC members are encouraged to attend a peer group session each week to assure progress and the benefits of building their network/connection with fellow members.
CTC Coach David Kloak:

David is a Leadership Executive Coach focusing on helping leaders and career professionals develop their leadership capabilities. He leverages human nature to achieve desired goals by connecting people with others, guiding and developing them to follow their best career and life paths, improving decision-making skills, and addressing interfering habits.
David holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University/California School of Professional Psychology, as well as a number of Masters degrees in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development and Theology. He is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), divisions; Society of Consulting Psychology and Industrial Psychology. He served in the U.S. Navy for 28 years, retiring as a Captain.
