The CTC CliftonStrengths Virtual Workshop Intensive is a highly interactive virtual experience combines expert facilitation, peer learning, breakout sessions, practical exercises, and real-time coaching to help you move beyond self-discovery and into action. Unlike AI and generic career advice, CliftonStrengths provides a personalized framework based on who you naturally are at your best. Participants gain clarity, confidence, and language to articulate their value in a way that resonates with employers.
Outcomes:
1. Identify and understand your Top Five CliftonStrengths themes
2. Discover how your strengths influence your work style, communication, and decision-making
3. Learn how to showcase your strengths in your resume, LinkedIn profile, networking conversations, and interviews
4. Create CARS - compelling accomplishment stories - that demonstrate your value to employer
5. Develop a draft of your brand statement.
6. Develop a personalized strategy for leveraging your strengths throughout your job search and career
This is a unique opportunity to move from discovery to intentional planning and action. Rather than taking a scattershot approach to your job search, you'll learn how to focus on opportunities that align with your natural talents and energize your work. Through the power of group learning and facilitated reflection, participants leave with a deeper understanding of themselves and a practical roadmap for career success.
The CTC CliftonStrengths Virtual Workshop Intensive is built around Gallup's CliftonStrengths assessment, one of the world's most respected talent development tools. Rooted in more than 40 years of research and used by millions of professionals worldwide, CliftonStrengths helps you identify the natural talents that drive your success and shows you how to leverage them strategically throughout your career.
Workshop is limited to 4 participants.
Clients who have registered and paid for the workshop will receive instructions on how to access and complete the CliftonStrengths assessment the Monday prior to the workshop. Clients must complete the assessment by the stated deadline so they can download it and email it to the facilitator so she may review it. The facilitator does not have access to the online version.
